Tanzania’s Northern Circuit Safari

West Usambaras and Mkomazi Game Reserve
Tanzania is a wildlife destination like no other and on this tour we will explore some of its incredible diversity. We visit the semi-arid Acacia-Commiphora woodlands of Mkomazi Game Reserve, which harbour a large number of East African dry country specials, here near the southern limit of their distribution. In addition, we bird the endemic-rich forests of the majestic West Usambara Mountains, which are part of the Eastern Arc Mountains of north-eastern Tanzania and southern Kenya, and which are recognised by Conservation International as one of 24 Global Biodiversity Hotspots.
